"I bought the $14 wash and it was so worth it! The vaccum stations worked great and the team members were really helpful. They gave me a free air freshener and I was able to clean my car mats, whereas most places offer such amenities but they do not work well. I will definitely be back for another wash! He immediately came over to our car as soon as we parked to vacuum and wiped it down, asked if there was anything we needed, was very polite and overall just made the experience very pleasant. "Woodie’s is a step above the other semi self serve car washes that I’ve used. I’ve been going to Woodie’s for the past few months and after visiting multiple locations, I’m impressed. They’ve definitely put thought into the supplies one may want to clean their car. Air to fill up tires and air guns near the vacuum for dusting and drying; to Car mat cleaners and commercial sinks with brushes to clean rubber mats. Fernando on Ulmerton always has an air freshener for me; All of the employees are pleasant and offer to assist wiping down the car after the wash."

"Beware of what Woodie's Wash Shack states they are not responsible for. Today I went to Woodie's for the first time just by quickly searching for the highest rated car wash in the area. After going through the car wash and doing a walk around the car I noticed this front piece fell off of the car. I told the worker and he retrieved the piece. After he began asking if it had already been loose or if I had issues with it. I had never opened this part of my car nor had issues with it in any other car wash. He told me he was going to get the manager to speak with me but instead he came out and explained that they don't cover anything that falls off the vehicle or cars older than 7 years. It really means something when the worker even admitted that they avoid bringing their own personal cars through the car wash. They are very quick to show you their list of things they are not responsible for after the fact. In the end, they weren't even able to refund me the cost of the car wash. I am also appalled that the manager could not even go outside to speak to me. I somehow ended up worse going out of the car wash than coming in. My honest recommendation, read through the list of things they are not responsible for and then make a wise decision on if this is a place you'd like to do business with. First and last experience at Woodie's."
