"Our flight was delayed coming into PIE and we arrived at 2:00 am. I was not expecting for anyone to be there but they were!!! They got us in and out and on our way quickly! There was an issue with our car two days later, I brought back in and they switched us out with no issues. They made it super easy. It was a great experience."
"I want to praise the professional behavior of Mr. Rafael Martinez, who helped make my FL trip particularly carefree. Upon returning my rental, I forgot to take with me an important folder, so it was left in the car. Mr. Martinez found the folder and my contact information and called me to let me know that the folder was in his possession and what did I want to do next? I asked if he could mail it to me in Minnesota and he said he surely could. A few days later the folder arrived via the USPS, safe and sound. I am very pleased with my Avis/Budget FL experience and count Mr. Martinez as the number 1 reason. Thanks so very much, Rafael!"
"Pre rented a truck weeks in advance. 1) it was not ready and had to wait. 2) tried to pass off a smaller vehicle to me. 3) it’s very dirty. 4) it is beet up bad. Scratches all over, hole in seat, dirty inside, front bumper busted, trash in the bed. Really looks like someone was using it for their personal use and had to print it back last min when I showed up. ***Update 3/26, Contacted budget about the issue as they requested and they offered an apology. They unfortunately didn't fix the problem."
"2nd worst rental experience of my life. The truck only had 3/4 of a tank, but they told me to return it full. They charged me for tolls, even though I brought my own and was charged on MY toll account. I still haven't received a refund for the tolls Budget charged me. The infotainment didn't work. I didn't have a radio, couldn't see where the HVAC was set, and kept getting a trailer brake warning. Finally, I left an item in the truck and called the local office. Someone in corporate answered and said I have to call the local office to recover the item. I called the local office a bunch of times. Corporate always picks up."
