"Great, except is was never told there is a $19.80 service fee for using toll road express lane, the man only told me the toll charges would be added to my rental bill, nothing about an extra service fee."
"We always use National for our car rental needs. The availability of nice cars is consistent. We did have a billing dispute on our last rental - once it was brought to the managers attention at the St Pete airport she immediately refunded us for the extra charge."

"Good experience. First van was loaded with luggage before we found that the key fob needed a new battery. Attendant was great and rectified the situation immediately. Only complaint was that there was only one counter open when attempting to pick up vehicle. Return process was easy and very efficient."
