"Based on the reviews and after months of research I bought a Buick Enclave from Royal Auto sales two weeks ago. I had test driven it one month earlier and found the check engine light on- before returning to see the vehicle I confirmed the engine issues had been resolved and was assured everything was fine on the vehicle. The very next day after purchase I was turning left at a stop light and the gas pedal stopped responding. The engine was running but the car was not accelerating. I was terrified and had to turn the car on and off several times to get it to start and prayerfully make it safely to home. I alerted Milad and Isaac immediately and was met with concern and assurance they would take care of the issues. They had a mechanic they referred me to but because of holiday weekend and him having another job he was unable to even analyze the codes until Tuesday after Memorial Day - when he found That the car needs several new valves, a fuel pump and a transmission! And we will hope that covers the issue that caused the air conditioning to go out and the least of concerns is the radio that worked fine until the day after purchase. Buyer beware!! A deal is not a deal if the car is a lemon. now that they know the cost of repairs ($2350)they are not willing to repair the vehicle to drivable condition. I cannot afford to put another penny into acquiring a car. I guess I should have made payments instead of in full so they’d be more motivated to help me or at least I’d have cash in hand to make the car drivable. Either way I feel I was conned. They were dishonest about the reliability of the car and made me feel they were trustworthy when they have been happy to leave me stranded since they got their sale. I cannot let another customer get scammed. Take the car to a mechanic on your test drive. Don’t believe that they have completed repairs between your visits. Make a down payment and make sure your car is drivable before giving them another payment. Whatever you have to do to avoid the same fate I’m suffering."
