We called in and asked if they could have a cake done by today and they said they could have it done in about 30 minutes ! I handed Alix my phone so that she could click the results from there. She was so extremely helpful and excited along with us and happy to help! The way they did the cake made it extremely easy to quickly know the results ! We definitely recommend Nothing Bundt Cakes of Fort Myers !"

"Today, May 17, 2024, my wife asked me to pick up an 8" Red Velvet Bundt Cake (Fort Myers Store). I was greeted by a nice associate, but when she couldn't figure out how to handle the 2nd coupon I had with me, she went to the back to get her supervisor. This supervisor was NOT friendly. She claimed the coupon was dated 2009. I had to explain to her that the year 2009 was "Nothing Bundt Cakes" Copyright year. Can you believe that? I was dumbfounded that this person is a supervisor and doesn't know about Copyrights. Anyway, here's the complete story... ...my wife had two coupons, which she called the store about the day before (May 16th) and was told she could use the coupons together. However, when I arrived at the store, the first associate (as I mentioned above) was nice, and she explained that one of the two coupons was expired and therefore it couldn't be used, which I was fine with. Obviously my wife didn't see the date that was printed on the coupon because it was extremely tiny. Regardless, the second coupon didn't have an expiration date and it seemed to be a coupon from the parent "Nothing Bundt Cakes" company. The nice associate went to get her supervisor and that's when the situation became awkward and very unpleasant. This supervisor told me that she contacted the owner and the owner said not to accept the coupon since it doesn't have a expiration date. The supervisor then said she could give me a military discount - but that did NOT happen either - maybe because the supervisor didn't finish the sale (it was the younger, nicer associate who completed the transaction). I needed the cake for a graduation party, so I bought it to make my child happy. But, it will be the last cake I buy from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Publix bakery does a fantastic job and we have never been disappointed with their cakes. Not to mention, they are much more friendly. With Nothing Bundt Cakes, you never know what you're going to get because they lack consistency. I will also contact the parent company to escalate this matter so that the Fort Myers store is properly educated on corporate coupons, and educated on what a Copyright is. I hope you do not experience the same lack of quality customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: I have already completed the survey through the link at the main "Nothing Bundt Cakes" website, the same day I posted this message. I completed a 2nd survey moments ago. I still have the coupon that I tried using at the store on May 17th, but, the Supervisor/Mngr said she took a picture of the coupon and sent it to the owner, so you should have it. BTW, I believe my review covers the matter completely."

"I frequent the nothing Bundt in Naples and have never had an issue however I came to the Fort Myers Location as it is closer to where I live for a birthday bundtlet and another one that I purchased. While the man who assisted me was kind and friendly the cakes appearance were not up to par. The cakes were misshapen as if they overflowed from the pan while baking and they shoved them in the containers and were frosted haphazardly. The red velvets frosting stuck to the top of the container upon opening as the cake did not fit due to overflowing from baking. See photos. I was disappointed in this - based on the price of the cakes you expect them to look the part. To send this on home the last photo I added is of a Bundt cake I personally baked from scratch and frosted myself as well and if I can do better then a professional we have a problem."

"One of the best cakes I've had. I purchased a White Chocolate Raspberry cake for a birthday. This cake was moist and delicious, one of my guests stated they usually don't even like cake and loved this one. The cake was beautifully presented and easy to transport. Everyone gushed over how pretty it was."
