"Wash was good, but after politely declining a membership the attendant asked me why I didn’t want to save money? I replied “no thanks as I told you”. He said I don’t know why you don't want to save money. He made several comments about me not wanting to save money. I told him I don’t live here anyway, he then asked where I lived, which was none of his business, and said we have other locations, then said when I do want to save money come back and join. Are you kidding, I won’t be back, I won’t be harassed about why I won’t buy a membership. But He gave me a good idea, If I need to save money, I will wash my car myself and never use your service. Change your high pressure sales. Such a nice wash facility to turn customers off. Good luck"
"Best car wash in Pensacola! The staff were all attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable on the different washes they offer! Special shout-out to Mike who was so incredibly detailed during the pre-wash and even coming over to me while I was vacuuming out my car and asked if I needed my mats rinsed off. Honestly, Tidal Wave Pensacola is above and beyond the rest!"
"Don't go here. There's the inherent danger of touch carwashes damaging your vehicle. But when it happens they never contact you back. I told the general manager, Owen, about it, and he told me he'd get back to me in 2 days. No answer, so I stopped in a week later to ask. It's been almost a month now. Bonus: it's a pretty well known piece to be broken here amongst the staff, but they don't have the integrity to tell you before hand. Overall, awesome customer service. You get what you pay for, except here. Then u get nothing at all. Owner: if you have the integrity to answer this, don't respond with a number for me to call and be left on hold. I left you mine already. Call me"
