"They suck. they get your card number and just charge whatever i guess because its certainly not what you quoted. far from it. charging twice the delivery fee than when delivering and its only a half mile difference. call customer service and they will hang up in your face. then all said and dione try to offer a $50 rebate which is a drop in the bucket to what you overcharged. never again"

"Everything was good until the day of the drop at the new address. It was scheduled for 9 am (the apartment complex does not allow earlier access) but The carrier called at 6:30 in the morning and said he needed to come early. He showed up at 7 and the loud truck was under the windows causing other tenants to complain. It turned out that he had a pick-up scheduled at the same complex for later and wanted to drop my pod so he could pick up the other one with one trip. That would be a reasonable way to work it if it hadn't meant coming in at 7 to get started and disturbing close tenants. His pick-up was at the far end where they were doing construction so I doubt he disturbed anyone there. However, the construction people aren't supposed to have something with that much noise before nine. It was explained to the building manager and we didn't get written up, but it was not the way to do things."

"Movers, take heed: Avoid this company at all costs. After negotiating a quote down to a promised price, they conveniently "make mistakes" when processing it, inflating the cost by the hundreds. Their lack of accountability and dishonest tactics are glaring red flags. Don't fall victim to their deceit—save yourself the frustration and steer clear of doing business with them. They failed to honor the agreed-upon quote, even after they had emailed it, demonstrating their unreliability and untrustworthiness."

"STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!! All the one star reviews speak for themselves...don't do like I did and heed the warning. UPDATE 9/14/23: Submitted a claim for a SMALL portion of what was ruined (only what I had proof of purchase for) and they only approved to pay for a portion of that. It was insulting and we declined it to avoid a confidentiality agreement and warn everyone of how they treat their customers. We are out the monthly rental fees for April 2021-Aug 2023 + all our stuff + dumpster to dispose of items. They pointed out that we didn't purchase the insurance for the contents. We would not have needed the insurance if their product didn't fail. THEIR PRODUCT FAILED,WE LOST EVERYTHING IN IT AND THEY DON'T CARE. June 24, 2023 The plastic roof dry rotted/warped. Water poured into the container. Spent thousands to store items while we had work done on our house to have thousands of dollars of stuff ruined. Everything that was stored in it was ruined. We then had to spend more money to rent a dumpster to dispose of all the items. We were even charged for the container AFTER we notified them of the damage."

"Update on my review from two months ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you read my my previous review, the CASES are still unresolved. Yes, I had two claims in 1 week on separate projects with them. My office has called and called. Sent email after email and no response from T. Thompson, our claim handler or D. Fischer our account rep. A former PODS employee said this is what people get when they buy insurance with PODS and file a claim against it. Apparently they pay out about 10% of claims filed against them. They ignore the rest of the people until they go away. Hey PODS, I'm not going away. I will keep writing reviews weekly until you pay me back for the tree service I had to get when your driver put the POD IN the tree and damaged it ( see the pretty picture attached) and reimburse me for the damage you caused to my clients property (approximately $5,000) for the leaky unit you sent out that let it rain all over the contents and cause a mold situation."
