"Very nice park. Highly recommend! I was an extended stay tenant for about 6 months while working in Pensacola. Park is pet friendly. The location is great. Easy access to pretty much anything you need. Nancy, the park manger, super nice and very accommodating. She maintains a safe, clean and very well kept park. I will be staying again my next trip to Pensacola."

"Great location. Quick access to crist plant, chemical plant and paper mill. Pet friendly as long as you keep your pet on a leash and clean up after. It's a no trespass park. Always check in at the house on the property. Safe and friendly environment with a laundry room and a common area with picnic tables included"

"Update: now my friend is crying from how awful this lady is. Whoever owns the property needs to be aware of how this lady treats prospective tenants. Lady chased my friend and I down on a golf cart and threatened to call the cops on us for trespassing. I explained I was looking for a park for my rv and she immediately switches up and starts telling me the price and a lil bit about the property. My friend is a lil nicer than me and let her continue on her pitch but i said hell no and we drove off. I Would never want to rent from someone like that."

"My husband and I just checked in last night, but this is a nice, clean, RV park! The management was super nice to talk to, and she will work with you as far as time for check (we were later) in and making sure everything goes smoothly! The other great part is, this is a full hook up place, and the sites are level! We actually plan on coming back in a couple of weeks:) This is now edited: we returned back to the campground, you need to make sure that you get fire ant killer! You also can get some stuff that you can spray down for the fire ants in the grass that works with a fogger! If you don’t, you will regret it! I would hate for somebody who is massively allergic like I am to have to run to a hospital! If you think I’m joking, look at my photos that I posted! Make sure you get a fire ant killer, you’ll have to put it in the grass and in the rocks, you will not see little humps. They are literally everywhere and you will be swamped! We put out bait, and we even fogged the night we showed up and still went and stayed somewhere else because they were so bad! Also, there is a charge of $100 for any dog poop that is left unattended… which I agree with that actually, you need to pick up after your dogs! So that’s just an FYI"

"Very convenient to most everything. You check in with Nancy, who takes care of making sure everything is good. Dog friendly, but you do have to pay to have them. Clean laundry area with a change machine. No bath house. Full hookups. There are no picnic tables. They are still on the new side and still doing thing to make the stay more enjoyable. You will love Nancy too!"
