"I would give zero stars if possible. After jumping through hoops to provide pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns I was unable to get a car from them even though I was doing a trade in and had been preapproved because I was unable to provide a 1040 tax form from 2 years ago that I do not have because I didn't file. I canceled the order and yet two days later they still charged my bank account for the full down payment amount. I called and they did not cancel the transaction stating that when they receive the money (as it is pending) they will issue a refund. I now have had to involve my bank to attempt to stop the pending payment as it has placed my account in the negative after I paid my other bills since I was no longer getting the car."
