Avis Car Rental

"Very Unprofessional, I was told multiple lies but the supervisor as well as the front desk employee. I was told I was on a “ do not rent list” in which I inquired why and they said because the vehicle was up for repossession, in which I then stated, “ I was never notified of any such actions and I have my T-Mobile phone record, bank statements, and emails to prove this matter.” Upon calling the customer service line I was informed I was not on a DNR list and that I was charged $510 for a repossession that never happened. Mind you I’ve been a loyal customer over 10 years and I’ve NEVER had this problem or experience EVER."

"The team on Davis Hwy Pensacola was amazing. They were extremely professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and made the process so easy. The check out as well as check in was so easy. I was nervous at first because I have never used Avis before, but I will be using them for all of my car rental needs going forward. Thank you, guys, for a great experience! Yall are amazing!"

"Customer service was good, hassle less check in but the inventory is low. The car I received was a 2022/2023 Toyota & it had problems. There were brown crumbs on the steering wheel and gear console, a brown splatter on the roof interior, a cracked windshield, and the passenger and rear windows were dirty making the view hazy to see through. The exterior was dirty. The rear window was down enough for a moth to greet me when I got in the car. When I mentioned the stain, the poor staff appeared surprised. I know there isn’t a car wash at this location but the cars should still be cleaned AND inspected in between rentals. Good thing I always carry my sanitation wipes."

"Our experience with Avis at this location was fantastic - could not have been better. The young lady that helped us through the process went above and beyond (didn’t get her name but she was working every time I called and for pickup and drop off). We had no issues with getting the vehicle or returning it and there were no charges that were not on the original contract (we took care of it, kept it clean, didn’t smoke in it, and returned it with a full tank of gas on time). The car smelled of weed a little when we got it but I blame that on the no-goods that are smoking flower in it …. and honestly we stopped noticing the smell after driving it for about 10 minutes. We put over 5000 miles on it in 3 weeks and the vehicle performed perfectly the entire trip. I would rent from this location again without hesitation."
