"Boyfriends car has been in the shop here for almost a month. After 3 weeks of having it after purchase the motor went out. They keep telling him it will be done at a certain time then keep extending the date to later and later. This place has absolutely aweful customer service. The only person worth a damn is the lady working at the front desk. She’s more than happy to help anyway she can as for the rest of the employees not so much."
"I thought this place was great but boy was i wrong, i got a car from them and a month late the engine died in the car. At first they said they couldnt find a motor, then i talked to richie and they magically found one. They then were gonna charge me almost 5000 for the repair but we fixed that issue. Now here it is a month later and the car still isnt done and i keep getting deadlines and they cant keep. Im done with this place."
