"I initially gave 5 stars because they worked really hard to get me into the infinity which was greatly appreciated! However, I'm giving 2 stars now because the vehicle itself was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!! Took me 4 hours cleaning it and I still may take it to a detailer because it's that dirty! Now driving it home after work (at 1:30am) I thought it was dark on the one side because of the headlight being cloudy, NOOOO I have a headlight out!!! Not to mention I got the vehicle on empty and immediately needed to put $50 in gas to fill it up, waiting to see what else I find..."

"My experience with your deal automotive was very disheartening. My husband and I have been looking for a reliable vehicle to travel and happened to come across this dealership, we met with a salesperson , as nice as can be, seemed very genuine and helpful. We had an agreement under certain terms that they would fix up the vehicle if we agreed to purchase. We signed an IOU as well as the contract and went ahead and purchased. As soon as we signed the contract, things started happening immediately! The vehicle had warning signs and flashed and said pull over , overheating , all this stuff so we called up there and they told us to bring it in and theyll look at it, i dont exactly know what they did but those signs didnt come back, they told us they put gas in the tank , but we found out they lied because the tank obviously was empty! We go to the gas station and the vehicle wouldnt take gas!! We told the dealership once again , and the mechanic told us there possibly could be sugar in the gas tank gumming up the lines? It was one thing after another, to where we had to keep taking the vehicle up there because it wouldnt take gas, so overall they had our purchased vehicle for about a month, it was sooo frustrating that there was nothing we could do on our end, i even asked them to just fully refund and cancel this contract because we couldnt even drive our own vehicle and its been sitting in their shop, and the owner Terry said " IM NOT DOING THAT, I dont even know if they were fixing what was wrong because everytime we brought it up there within the next couple hours if they said it was ready but still had the same issues, fortunately for us the engine light came on so we took it to an actual mechanic and got a written report of what it was, took it back up to your deal and they did not seem happy, anytime we walked up to the office because something was wrong EVERYONE IN THERE would intentionally ignore us, because they made us feel like such an inconvenience when this was there vehicle , we just simply wanted to drive it , thats all. it just comes to show how careless everyone seemed to be there from the bottom all the way up to the owner, Its like as soon as they got our signatures we were out of luck, we had to keep fighting , and they stated multiple times they really didnt HAVE to do anything for us, which in fact they still havent done everything in the IOU agreement, we just felt robbed, Im just posting this review for anyone out there who may be considering purchasing a vehicle from them, save yourself the time and hassle. We will never go through them again . Terry told us in the end if we had any more issues to just drive it into the gulf and call our insurance company, wether he was kidding or not , this was thousands of dollars we worked for and is a serious matter, just very frustrating."
