"I was actually here when "Lisa Sparks" flipped out on the kids inside the cone. She acted like an immature child- yelling, screaming, and cursing. The girl behind the window appeared to be taken back because she didn't slam the window, at all. This lady is blowing it all out of proportion to make herself the victim. I actually thought they did the best they could and handled the situation well. I felt so bad for them. She actually tried, relax Lisa. It's ice cream. No need to be so obnoxious. It was our turn to order, they took it all in stride and did a great job on our order. We love this twistee treat and will be back."
"I am mind blown!!! Ordered a sugar cone dipped in cherry. I could see through the window, one of the girls was attempting to make it and it was a mess. She flopped it into a cup. I asked her what’s wrong with it and she said she tried to make it 3x and it won’t stay. I politely declined the cup and said I will take a different type of cone or my money back. She slammed the window in my face. Another girl handed me the cone with it melting down the sides. Which I still took. I let her know that her coworker didn’t have to be so rude! None of them cared, and considering they were all young teenagers, I shouldn’t be surprised. Next time I’ll pass on that place!"
"If this is the one Pasco County, they are amazing. we ordered our ice cream and one didn't get made from our party of people. We went back, and they made it for us at no charge. I had to leave a tip. Thank you, john M, from NJ."

"I really liked this one! The service was pretty quick and there's actually a good amount of seating to the side of the building. It was nice to be able to sit and eat the ice cream outside. Waffle bowl was a bit stale but other than that everything was perfect!"
