"This Dunkin is Sunkin, after several attempts at getting good customer service, I give up. I tried the store and gave another opportunity at making things right to corporate, but they deflect and blow customers off. Do yourself a favor and go to the small ice cream shops around town or cold stone. For donuts and coffee do the same! Go into Dunkin/Baskin and get a bag full of bad customer service."

"If you want ice cream after 4 pm on a Tuesday, dont go here. They close at 10 pm but shut down and close 90% of their items. Couldn't even get a hot fudge sundae. It blows my mind that people let their workers get away with this kind of behavior. I would give it negative stars if would let me. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the location."
