"Super disappointed. Spent $64 for 12 cookies for my nieces birthday. She was really as shocked when she received them, but didn’t want to embarrass me. We’ve been to many different crumble cookie locations and have never seen cookies this small. These are not minus. I ordered full size one dozen. Should he 4-5 inches each. This is my nieces hand. She’s 5 ft 2 and 115 labs. This shows how small they are. When eating them, they are also not nearly as good as usual from crumbl. Awful choice of a location and lacks consistency with others."
"This place is great for a special treat. My husband gets me them for special occasions and they’re always so cute and beautifully wrapped! the flavors are unique and they have new ones every week. They do not have allergy-friendly cookies (gluten free, dairy free) The cookies are great but VERY sweet. I can only eat maybe 1/4 to 1/2 of a cookie at a time but I love every crumble!"
"A well buttered machine! Easy to place your order on the touchscreen computers. You can watch the crew make cookies, weighing each ball of cookie dough to maintain their consistent size. The cookies are big enough to be four cookies. My son says the chocolate chip is the best and not to bother with other flavors, he might be right. In my photos there is a cookie butter flavor, a buckeye, and the sugar cookie. With tax and tip, 4 cookies is a little less than $20. A nice hostess gift or a special treat!"
