"Haven’t eaten Wendy’s in yrs… Came today to try the double stack after the lightning win. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty! Best Wendy’s I can remember eating. Inside was clean and the manager/employees were friendly."

"The food is usually good but after tonight's experience...never again (this Seminole location at least). Mobile app order. Son picked up. Gets all the way home. Paid for a double but got a pathetic looking single with the saddest "leaf" of lettuce and mayo which was supposed to be removed. I called. First time I call I hear 'hello" and am hung up on. Called again and hear "hello". I have to ask Is this Wendys? Uh huh. Interesting way to answer the phone. I tell the uh huh girl what the problem is then am put on hold to speak with the "GM". So the GM, Sandy gets on the phone and as Im telling her the story she rudely interrupts me with " whos name is on the order"? I tell her again the name on the order. Then with absolutely NO APOLOGY for the waste of of time, money, and our lack of dinner tonight says that the next time my son comes he can say Sandys name and get a free combo meal. No thanks Sandy. What I was looking for was an apology and credit for not getting what we ordered. Never returning. Poor customer service and satisfaction but then again its Wendy's and not Chick fil a."

"These young people nowadays have the personality of my living room wall!!! Seriously it inhibits their ability to speak to people!!! Crazy it took me ten minutes to get a cup for a drink after we got our meals cause I got a frosty, but got thirsty, so waiting several minutes for someone to come to the register to take my order for a sweet tea, some young girl back there said you need to order from the kiosk!!! When I just came thru using a real cashier to take our original order."

"First off they ask you if you want sauce and do not even give it to you. Second I was served this bad potato and when I went to return it the manager said with a smirk “ma’am it’s a potato” I am unsure of the type of food she consumes but anything that even resembles mold I do not ingest. I doubt they would use this “potato” for the commercial so yea bring me a nicer one and apologize don’t insult my intelligence. Got my refund and will not be back. The atmosphere of the kitchen just from the drive thru was enough to let me know I didn’t even want a replacement. Do better and next time just apologize and try to resolve the issue nobody needs your personal opinion especially if you clearly eat rotten food and see nothing wrong with this image."
