"We frequent this establishment (dinner, weekend breakfast or just grabbing drinks). Nicole, Jess, Colby, and Tim are all great. We sit at the bar and the serve and food is great. I recommend the nitro cold brew (coffee) martini."

"We are thrilled to have a nice local restaurant within walking distance of our home. It is a great place for drinks and happy hour reasonably priced appetizers are good and plentiful. Atmosphere is pleasant, sometimes noisy but it’s a bar so you can’t control all the noise. Love the garage doors that open in nice weather. We have already made some great friends here with the staff and local residents. Nicole and Colby greet us when we come in the door and provide excellent service and pleasant conversations when they aren’t swamped with bar customers. We often eat at the bar when they are working. Jamie , Cam and Harrison seem to be “ Jack of all trades” and I don’t think the place could function without them. “Most “ servers have provided excellent service. We prefer high tops in the bar or at the bar when dining in. I always try to give a fair review if I bother to do one at all. The food is a concern as I want this Clear Sky to be successful. We are here at least 3 times a week. The food is very inconsistent. The Christmas Day menu and food could rank along some of the best meals that I have eaten in a restaurant. The chicken piccata was the best I ever had the “first” time we dined there. We took family there for prime rib night and it was cold . Always happens when you brag about a place. Several times we have complained and they have corrected the problem but I hate to keep asking."

"This new restaurant was awesome. Seminole really needed a place like this instead of the run-of-the-mill chain restaurants. The food was delicious. Appetizers.. The Ahi Tuna Nachos were out of this world. I could have had a whole dinner just that. The charbroiled octopus was a little on the tough side. But it was still really good. The pork dumplings everyone said were awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try them. Everyone ate them before it came to me, haha. I had the seared scallops with lobster grits and pork bellys. It may sound like a weird combo, but it works. It was super awesome. I had a bite of the Filet Mingnon. you could practically cut it with a fork. Very, very good. My wife had the blackened seafood platter, and she loved it. The grouper had a slight fishiness to it. We will definitely be back."

"Had a delicious lunch at the new Clear Sky on Park! The salads are awwwwmazing! Fresh and loaded with ingredients. The Lobster salad had nice chunks of meat and the Greek Salad w/Salmon is spectacular. Tuna on Crispy Rice is very flavorful. Calamari is meaty (almost looks like chicken tenders) and the Grouper Tacos are on point!"
