"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ami Mediterranean Express, and I can't say enough good things about this charming, family-owned gem. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness by the family running the place. Their hospitality truly sets them apart. The chicken shawarma was absolutely fantastic—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into their dishes. I also tried one of their bowls, and it was equally impressive. Fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and generous portions make it a meal to remember. If you're looking for delicious Mediterranean food served by a lovely, welcoming family, Ami Mediterranean Express is the place to go. I can't wait for my next visit!"

"Our family of 4 stopped by for lunch and was immediately greeted by a warm gentleman who patiently and enthusiastically described each item laid out on the immaculately clean counter. One employee was diligently cutting up some fresh beef for the shawarma, and another dropped falafel into the fryer, as each order is fried fresh to order. The salads and sauces were house-made, and it was obvious love was a common ingredient, as the gentleman was passionate about describing the flavors and ingredients in each one. (So if you have allergies or sensitivities to food, they can tell you exactly what is in everything since they make it themselves.) We all wanted to try everything, so we each ordered a large bowl with different proteins, toppings, and dressings. We had a chance to chat with a lady who appeared to be the matriarch of the family, who was precious. We love supporting small family businesses and always try to dine with family restaurants, but this one was super special, as they have only recently opened, and they are so excited to serve and grateful for the support. The food was just amazing! We dug in so quickly that we forgot to take a "before" photo, so I just grabbed an "after" - with hardly a crumb left behind! I wish we could pack up this sweet business and take it back home with us, but since I can't, I will definitely recommend to everyone visiting the AMI area to give it a try. It was one of our all-time family favorites!!"

"Y’ALL. If you want excellent service, friendly faces, and fresh, delicious food, this is the spot!!! I absolutely cannot stress this enough: GET A BOWL. The falafel is fried FRESH right in front of you, and they aren’t lying when they say the garlic aioli sauce is amazing. You have to try the baba ganoush (which, by the way, is made in-house daily)! There is also a great variety of toppings that even my folks with lots of food allergies could eat. The portions are generous and filling enough to feed even my 6’7” brother, which is not an easy feat! Amazing job to the folks here. You will absolutely be missing out if you don’t go pay them a visit!!!"

Tzatziki homemade & love the herbs - their lamb is to die for - we'll be back! Tony, the owner, takes pride in serving up great Mediterranean Cuisine, made from the freshest ingredients.
