"They have done a wonderful job cleaning up this Tarpon original, hope they can make it as it has been a gazillion things since Ballyhoo. A bit pricey for the area but the chef skills seem to warrant the bill. The bone marrow French onion soup is out of this world, we returned just for this. Every single signature cocktail we tried were superb with the coastal martini and just peachy being favorites. On our first trip the pan seared diver scallops blew our minds but the crispy Brussel sprouts were not crispy this time and tasted of a dirty flat top. We hate complaining but still let the server know that they fell short. They were not removed from the bill. Hope that was a one off and plan to return to see if they hit the high marks of our first visit next time."
"We split the Prime Rib French Dip and ordered a couple of old fashions and ice tea. It was good but we’d like to try some other items at dinner time to really get a feel for it. The service was good. Will go back"
"This place is amazing!!! The food was phenomenal and the hand crafted cocktails are the best I've had in a long time!! Going back next Sunday to try brunch and can't wait!! Highly recommend it's very worth what you pay, we will be going back a lot!"
"There is a new restaurant in town that's worth checking out. They offer lunch menu midday and dinner menu after 4pm. Brunch on Sundays. But since it's new and still being worked on, best to check before you head out. Plenty of seating space indoor and outdoor with some live entertainment. Their cocktails are made from scratch and there is a large selection of beers on tap, which I like. Food is well presented and what's most important is that it tastes great! Swing by on weekends and you might get a chance to talk to one of the owners if it's not too busy. Will definitely be back!"
"Pilot House is exactly what this amazing town needed. Such a beautifully renovated Bar and Restaurant. My handcrafted drinks were made by one of their senior mixologists, whom has really taken time to pay special attention to their craft. I was also delighted to meet the Chef, who executed such a mouthwatering Seafood Scampi. There’s something on the menu for every sweet tooth too! I was able to take a tour of their establishment and was left with my jaw dropped, can you believe they have an outdoor bar as well? Which is a completely different vibe from the inside. I love love love this.. so cozy in and out…. I can’t wait to go back!!"
