"I have been going to this business for many years. The couple have always been very sweet, and my alterations have been good. Unfortunately I won't be going back bc I don't like being called a thief. I dropped a skirt to be hemmed and 1 dress to be hemmed and taken in, weeks ago. I came back 8 days later with my debit card to get my items and the woman said" no more cards, cash or check". Ok, no big deal. I went 3 days later with $80.00 in cash for a bill that was 74.00 and change. She gave me a 5$ bill back. All is good I thought. I took the items and noticed the dress had chalk marks on the back. The lady was apologetic and stated she forgot to take the back in. Remember I paid in Full. I told her no problem,she gave me the hemmed skirt and I said I will b back. I went back this am after another 6 day wait and she asked for my name and phone number to find the dress. I found it hanging, said ty and have a great day. She came out to my car and asked for my original receipt. I have no idea where it is after going in and out of the establishment 3 different times. She said she didn't mark HER receipt paid. Ok, but I still paid her 75.$ cash. I stated you have to remember me, I have been here 3 times in 3 wks and each time it was something else. All she had to do was look at her deposits from last Thursday April 4th, and see I paid her 4 20$ dollars bills. I had come directly from the ATM. I always said this was a good place and mb the lady was just confused. It happens. However I have never stolen anything in my life, including from a business I frequent for at least 10 yrs! An apology would make this right, but I'm not counting on it."

"The couple that owns this place is so adorable. They are a very nice couple from Greece. The gentleman is very straight to the point. The lady is usually a bit more talkative and cheerful. English is not their first language so if you have trouble understanding accents, keep that in mind and try to be patient with them when you go. The prices are fair and they do a good job with a great turnaround time. They have even made alterations I wanted even when it is against their best judgement. They always try to warn me about the possible outcome of what I am asking but if I tell them I am willing to risk it, they go ahead and do it. They are one of the only places I know of that still does on site alterations. Some reviewers said they were told that alterations couldn't be done. Some things cannot be altered because of how they are constructed and the gentleman who usually measures you is always willing to explain and show you why something cannot be altered though you might have to ask. I highly recommend this place."
