"Went into Napa Auto Parts for a part for my vehicle.Paid w a $100 bill.It turned out a repair shop had to repair the part.I went w my original receipt to return the part.Manager gave me such a hard time giving me my money$ back???!!! He was the biggest jerk I ever met!!! And I'm a Catholic.He has all the older employees doing all the work.He was mean and rude."

"I have mixed feeling about this place. Sometimes the guys are great. Sometimes it seems like im bothering them by being in their store. The guy waiting on us had an attitude until he saw me taking pictures then he was all customer service. I called one day to get a quote on a battery and another guy was again short with me. However, he was great when my aunt and mother went in to get there battery. Need to find a bit of customer service training and train everyone. But I love NAPA so I always come back."
