"This establishment in many cities has supplied new and lightly used clothing to my kids for the last 19 years. All my children have benefitted from once upon a child being in business. I am so grateful for them and all they do. The store is always clean and has new merchandise daily. The little vehicles are my favorite. I know Jason Jr. Had two or three of them, and he loved them. And trades come with store credit or cash, which is always very reasonable. D'Anthony and Shian were so helpful and kind. Great job once upon child. "We all know kids grow out of clothing and shoes at rapid speed. This is a great place to get clothes in all sizes. They are very picky on the clothes they take in, which is great as a consumer. If there is a rip on something, they discount the already low price. I have been buying clothing and shoes for my two daughters for years. This is also my go-to for dresses, especially fancier dresses such as Christmas dresses (pictures and family functions). They have gift cards and discount/reward programs. They take clothes and give cash or store credit. I will continue shopping here as it saves tons of much for quality clothing for growing kids. Highly recommend!"
"Staff super friendly , however, the store has become such a ridiculous rip off. It’s not even funny. The amount they pay for quality items and good brands is pretty disgusting. Whoever is the owner is making a lot of money off of taking advantage of other peoples used items. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that feels this way."
"The store is the most organized and I appreciate the way they even have their toys in bin categories. Some of the other OUAC locations I’ve been to, just throw toys on the shelves. Not a lot of furniture, a few strollers and occasional bassinets, but lots of children’s clothes and shoes and prices are great."
"Very friendly staff. Plenty of choices for the kids. Very nice toys many with all their parts. The staff courteous, friendly, and helpful. The parking lot at the mall well-lit ample and easy to spot from the road. The choice of car seats, strollers, and other equipment is excellent."
