"We decided to try this shoe store as both of my kids needed shoes for an upcoming trip. We had an expired coupon and asked if they would take it, and they said no. I gently asked if they would take it because some places do honor expired coupons. They still said no they said that they were a high end shoe store, there were many employees standing around they were unhelpful. There was zero customer service bestowed upon us and another customer walked out at the same time we did saying the same thing. The prices were high, and it was only logical to walk next-door to Rack Room and utilize their ongoing BOGO sale. This place will not make it in this mall area if they don’t cater to the customer, I hope Rack Room gets all of the business (most people made their way there anyway) as they are well stocked, have better prices, and their customer service is better. So in my humble opinion, I will not return. Unless they can honor my coupon OR give me an incentive, it will be Amazon or Rack Room."
