"I am tired of how this company nickel and dimes you on everything. You have to prepay service appointments versus most company’s services. Then they screw all regular customers by setting up a preferred service plan to extract more money and then give them preferred service times over regular customers who signed up with them in good faith. I had an issue that needed addressing and I got stuck for 3 weeks because I wasn’t preferred. They are just a money grab."
