"The manager of the store was sitting there playing on his phone while talking to me. He was unprofessional and did not help me with my broken phone. I felt like it was being run by an adolescent. I then went to the store Target was professional and helpful."

"I’ve been a customer with T-Mobile for 10 years and I went to this location for the first time at 6:30 to buy an iPad and there was a young man with his leg propped out blocking the main entrance like a bouncer at a club. I ask if i can buy an iPad and he said they were about to close. I apologized and said I was confused because it’s listed on the door and online that they closed at 8. He asked if i wanted to buy something and I said yes please an iPad. He finally lets me through the door and tried to sell me on two iPads, screen protectors, and cases all before he could tell me how much the thing I originally asked for was gonna cost. I also asked to purchase a pencil but he said they don’t carry those (a blatant lie, even if it’s not in stock it can be ordered to the store or my address) and told me to go to the apple store. I know these guys make commission I’m very confused as to why I couldn’t simply make my purchase and leave. After over an hour of me asking to just buy the iPad he says “Oh! You wanted to buy it? Let me go get it from the back, it takes 10 minutes to open the safe (also confirmed that’s lie but I was tired and refuse to argue with people about their job.) And he comes out past 8 pm saying “Sorry we’re out of stock.” He wasted 2 hours of my time that he got paid for. The manager on duty was a black man with shoulder length dreads who saw this entire thing go down while he was unbothered sitting in the hall. The white guy had short blonde hair and wore a t-mobile letterman style jacket with a weed pen sticking out of the pocket and claimed to be training. It seems like they were ready to close early and were mad that a customer showed up and decided to kill their two hours giving me the work around. I know how ridiculous that sounds but that’s how ridiculous this experience was. I ended up getting the iPad and pencil from the corporate store at Coastland Mall in under 10 minutes and that team was super helpful and shocked to hear what this sad excuse of a store does with their time. They took the time to write out a report (I was ready to forget that store existed and enjoy my purchase) and I was advised to leave a public review so other people can save their time."

"Do not go to this store if you go for warranty, tmobile approve me already change my phone and this guys in this store refuse me to give me the new phone, getting out the store i call and they send me the phone to my home, that's why this store was empty, every body does after sale by phone! They just care sales!"
