"Everything was until I needed a new battery. What they don’t/wont tell you is there is a chip inside the remote next to the battery so if you try and change the battery yourself (which I had to cause I couldn’t get in my car at the store) the chip will & can fall out and your car won’t start. They told me to pay for a whole new replacement even though I wasn’t told about having to replace the battery. I’ll get another from somewhere else even if I have to drive there!"
"This place is a great locksmith company. They have about everything you need in the way of keys and the service was friendly and fast. I had to get my truck key replaced and the gentleman there did a good job and had me in and out and about 15 minutes, not to mention their prices are reasonable and considerably cheaper than a dealership"
"I've used this company in the past with no issues, but recently, I called to have two locks rekeyed at my business and have 6 new keys made. I was quoted one amount and charged almost twice as much when they came. They said they'd call and let me know what time they were coming, but instead, a tech just showed up at business when I wasn't there, did two rekeys, charged me for three and demanded immediate payment from my employee, who had no choice but give him cash from the register, throwing my books off for the day. I called to have it sorted, they said they'd call me back as soon as they spoke to the tech and I never heard back from them. Never again."
