"Called Barkley's to find out if they could help me with a hard roof rack for my car that the keys no longer were turning the lock. The time crunch was real, as we leave in a week. The gentleman on the phone asked if it was mounted to my car, I explained no, that's how we discovered this problem. He said to bring in the roof rack box and the keys and they'd help as best they could. When we brought it in, he had new keys made and had the roof rack opened in less than half an hour. The price was right too, less than $15. Can't beat that! A bit of a drive from Fort Drum, but would suggest it regardless- worth the drive 100%."
