"I have used this company in the past with no issues to service washer/dryers at numerous apartment buildings that I own. Today when I called I was told that they would not service any of my properties specifically anymore with no reason given. Completely unprofessional and unwarranted."
"C&M charged my Mother-in-Law $169 to replace the idler wheel and idler pulley on her Maytag dryer on October 28, 2019. On December 6, 2019 the dryer belt broke. Upon inspection, it appears the old dryer belt was not replaced when replacing the wheel and pulley. My Father-in-Law replaces it 3 years ago. Why would you not replace the belt seeing this much wear? See photos. Notice the black strip to the left of the wheel/pulley and on top of the vent tube. It is belt fibers. Also, there is supposed to be a fiber washer between the idler arm and the pulley wheel and another between the pulley wheel and the “e” ring that holds the wheel on. There were extra washers in the dryer basin and no washer between the e ring and pulley wheel."
"Chris B. was a very knowledgeable and honest tech who fixed our leaking dishwasher in a short amount of time. He was very friendly and arrived at the scheduled time. C&M will be our go-to appliance repair for any future issues we may have. I highly recommend him."
