I went in this past week looking for a part that turns out to be something you have to get from a dealer, but the employee went above and beyond trying to help me find out what it was called and where I needed to request one. I was really impressed with the service, and I will definitely check there first next time I need a part or information."

"the new napa is basically tarnished by a new employee ive never seen in there before! i went in looking for a simple clamp and they wouldnt help me! i had offered to bring the part inside so she could see what i was needing and she wasnt interested in helping me so for that i rate it one star and horrible customer service this is the new napa there at the old family dollar building!"

"The salesmen are courteous and helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help you! I purchased 2 of the best windshield wipers for winter. I asked the salesman if he would install them for me. He said, "I'd be happy to!" And when he was finished, ha asked, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" The best wipers for winter are the Trico brand. They will cost you more than the best you can buy at other stores, but NAPA is a car store. The total for the 2 Trico wipers I purchased came to $37.78. But they are excellent in ice and snow! I've used them before, and highly recommend them!"
