"Horrible experience with this agency! If I could give zero stars as a review I would! We are selling our home and one of these agents requested to show it. Turns out this agent doubles as a home inspector. Can you say conflict of interest?! Not only did this agent verbally discourage his clients from purchasing our home, but he was nasty with our realtor when asked for feedback! He rudely told her that he views feedback as a waste of time! He was also sitting at the side of the road and hour before the showing time. My mother in law came to our house for the showing since we have five cats that we worry about getting outisde by accident. She arrived to open up the house at noon; to turn lights on and plug in my wax warmers. Well, this agent did not even let her get inside the house! He basically stalked her from the start, following right behind her into the house! This was at noon. The showing was scheduled from 12:30- 1:15pm. He proceeded to pick our house apart, negatively talking about our furniture, decor, floors and size of windows. He made my husband and I feel like we are living in a pig sty and like our house isn't worthy of being sold. All I'm saying is you can't be the judge and the jury at the same time. If you're acting as the realtor, then do not double as a home inspector. The worst part is the buyers were actually interested in the house until he began verbally degrading it."
