"Zero customer service!!! Absolutely the worst! You can break the phone trying to call, no matter how many times or days, you will never find anyone. They charge a lot of money for their services. You would think you would get quality services… but no you don’t. I paid the high price to get next day services.. however they closed way earlier on Saturdays and didn’t inform me on the way earlier closing time. Even though I called 3 times that day, just to make sure they didn’t forget to do my clothe, but of course they never answered! And they just closed without even informing me, to let me know anything about my garment, even though I specifically told them how I needed that garment pressed and they guaranteed they would make sure I get it the next day and I paid for the money for next day service. And the nightmare happened…They closed a lot earlier on Saturday and they do not open on Sunday. So therefore, I had nothing to wear to the event I was going because my clothes remain locked inside the place. Such a nightmare! Good customer service is essential for a successful business. It can’t just simply be all about money. Plus I was willing to pay more and I did pay more for your services. I cannot recommend this place to other people nor return."

"Spilled wax all over my Polo Bear sweaters. I didn’t think they could get it out but they told me if they can’t then they won’t charge me so I said why not. Fast forward 3 days later and I went to pick up my sweaters and the was was all gone. Great service. Great customer service. Highly recommended!"
