"One star is my being generous to a business that is unreliable. I brought clothes there at their hour of opening and I requested a next day pick up and was told that my items would be ready the next day after noon. I arrived the next day after 2 pm and was told that only half of my clothes were ready and was asked to come back later in the day which was not at all convenient for me. I had to reschedule a meeting that I had planned to wear the clothes that spot was supposed to clean. I got my clothes the next day and I will NEVER go back there again. Being conned by a business that doesn’t care about customers is incomprehensible"

"My husband brought in a dress shirt, $200 @ Nordstrom’s last year, to be dry cleaned. He pointed out a few small wine droplets on the front of the shirt, which they got out. However, when he went to pick it up the front of the shirt had been shredded and ripped in 3 different spots. It looked as if it had been caught in a machine of some sort. The worst part was they took absolutely no responsibility, for what I would assume was an accident. They offered no compensation for what happened either. Had they taken responsibility and tried to offer some sort of remedy I wouldn’t be writing this negative review and warning everyone I know locally to avoid this dry cleaner. If I could give it 0 stars I would’ve. Business 101, stand behind your goods and services because your reputation is everything!"
