"They lost our kid's clothes and then claimed their "system" was so impeccable it wasn't possible for them to make a mistake. They didn't look for the clothes or offer any kind of reimbursement or apology. They were simply unconcerned and just annoyed by our pleas. We just moved here and had very few clothes with us. The kids just lost their grandparents and now they don't have their favorite clothes. Timing couldn't be worse."

Especially for towels , sheets, and bulky items. The very friendly staff makes any time spent at Nyack Laundromat a lovely way to get the cleaning job done!"

"The drop off service is convenient but be warned that they dry everything on high heat. Dropped off sheets and the fitted sheet is now too small for my mattress and that's after I've used it and washed it twice prior to using their service."
