"This company is top tier! From the 1st phone call to gather information to the moment the truck left my driveway I was highly impressed and satisfied with their level of customer service and care. The owner Scott made the process so incredibly easy. I was able to use their text message system to be able to get messages to them quickly. They sent an estimate within minutes of me sending them photos of my unit. The price was fair but their customer service is what sold me. They were able to come the next day even with the need to bring an electrician with them. They were on time and kept me updated about their arrival via text message. The guys who did the job were awesome! They were mindful of my front door knowing I have a dog in the house. They put drop clothes down to prevent a mess on my floors and rugs. They were fast and friendly. They were in and out within 3 hours and left not a trace of their presence! They even wiped my front steps down with rags because it was drizzling and there were foot print. I highly recommend this company & I’m so glad I went with them! Great great company! You won’t be disappointed! I’m thrilled and I’m even happier that I have hot water again! ADD ON: I called on them in an emergency for my HVAC repair because I trusted them and they did such a great job with my hot water heater and they did ANOTHER AMAZING job! Everyone you deal with is nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & professional. Kyle and his partner were 2 of the nicest guys I’ve met! They worked hard to diagnose & fix my unit! I’ve dealt with lots of companies and individuals in my lifetime and this is a great company and the guys I’ve met are really nice.
