"My husband I were having the hardest time finding a painter in the city that could work with not only our timeline, budget, but also our requirements from our co-op board. We had gone through 3 different painters that fell through due to various reasons, so it was a relief when we stumbled upon Lexington Painting. To start, the same day that we submitted our quote inquiry into Yelp, within just a few hours (maybe 1 or 2), Spiro had taken the time to come and visit our apartment. He let us show him what we wanted and provided his expert opinion and was patience with our questions and needs. "I would highly recommend Lexington Painting. We hired them to paint our whole apartment and they had a competitive quote and very high quality service. They hired a carpenter to install two different types of crown molding and he was excellent - this was much more reasonable than if we had gone through a general contractor. We had them skim coat the walls as well and did not feel pressure to add this - they said it was up to us but it turned out looking great. The painters, Fizal, Leo, Martin, and Ripon were all very respectful and professional. They worked with me to make sure that they were going in an order that would be the least disruptive to me working from home. When they were almost finished I had forgotten to ask if they could paint our coat closet as well and they were happy to accommodate. Dimitri and Spiro, the owners, were great at communicating with me about the timeline. They did a final walk through to make sure everything looked good and offered to come back and make touch ups in case we scuffed the walls when moving in furniture. It was clear that everyone involved takes pride in delivering high quality work and service."
