"This place has the worst Customer service in buffalo. Their washers didn’t wash my clothes, this is the second time that this has happened with different washers. I ask the Spanish lady to solve the issue or at least give me the number of her employer or, call her so I can speak to her she refused saying that her boss can’t speak to the customers. Do not waste your time here because they are so unprofessional. It’s either there’s no one here or they don’t try to help. If I could give this place no star I most definitely would. -1/100. These photos are my clothes right out of the washer."

"By far the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been in. Staff on duty@4am. Clean machines all seem to be fully functional. Plenty of parking also, I will be returning often."

"Visited on 3/9/24, new installed washers are set to the bare minimum water use. Upon using one of the new washers, noticing the issue I brought it to the attention of an employee and when the washer finished, clothes were half dry, still dirty and one piece was ripped burned due to dry spin. Upon moving the clothes to a second and different washer, same results were obtained and the employee was present witnessing. No one on duty was able to solve the matter, no way to contact management other than email. Upon contacting management the next day about it, (Lisa R.) her resolution was that I was not to be reimbursed for their unfair equipment and that the damaged garment was my problem. Mind you, the old bigger washers don't show that issue and you can clearly see the water through the glass door. They expect the new washers dry clean your clothes in order to save on water bill at the expense of customers."

"Love the vibe and the parking and that it's open 24 hrs but too many of the dryers don't heat. There are always at least a handful labeled "out of order" and about half the ones I have used literally don't heat up at all even on high. Update: December 2023 - more washers are out of service and so many driers are out that there is sometimes backups with people waiting for available machines. The restroom is also out of order."
