"First, the threw out my brand new, unused Christmas tree in a brand new waterproof Christmas tree storage bag. It hadn’t gotten damaged in the flood because it was on my freezer. But it’s gone. Then they moved things in places I told them not to. I called and complained and they sent them back to rearrange things. The one guy was really angry and not so nice about having to come back. Then I discovered a week later that they unplugged my deep freezer and never plugged it back in! An entire deep freezer FULL of food including a bag of shrimp and a whole turkey SPOILED! I think the angry guy unplugged it to get back at me. It was so gross! I’m so angry! I’m out $450 for the Christmas tree, $60 for the tree bag and at least $400 for all the rotten food. I didn’t bother calling because when I called about them not putting things where they were supposed to go I got attitude. I knew they weren’t going to do anything about this because how can I prove there was a tree and that the angry man unplugged my freezer. I am disabled and all alone and this is how they treat me. I’m so upset! Now I can’t afford to get another Christmas tree and protective bag. And on top of that they charged me over $3,300. Do use them. Find some where else to go to have the work done!"
