"We had a disaster of epic proportions on Saturday. White paint on red carpeted stairs. We originally called to see if there was any way the carpet could be cleaned. This was a Sunday. The owner, Brad, came to the house to assess the damage the same day. It was necessary to replace the carpet quickly because new owners were inspecting our home in one week's time. Brad immediately sought out and obtained an exact match for the carpet and installed it on a Friday night. His work ethic is tremendous, his craftsmanship is incredible--his installation far exceeded the previous one.
