"I was in the need of some prompt help given that I accidentally damaged an outlet which then tripped a breaker leaving half of my apartment without power. I called York Electric first thing in the morning at 7:15AM and they picked up the phone and asked me to explain my situation. Pete could tell I needed help that day and he and his team made time for me. The situation was a small job and quick fix, but meaningful for me. It really reinforced how important it is to support local business who support this community. Before calling York, I dialed two other larger outfits and was directed to their call centers and then was told that they had no time for me until 1 or more weeks out.
