"Terrible customer service. Especially the white lady(second from the right as soon as you enter), I intercepted a package to be sent here. She kept arguing to go to a different post office. Needs training. Doesn't know what USPS package intercept is. I so want Amazon to buy USPS so I can die in peace"

"Went around 730pm, to use the 24/7 self kiosk. The lobby was locked. Just as I was about to leave someone came to check their PO Box so I was let in. However, the kiosk was not working. The screen has the words “touch to start”, but after repeatedly touching the screen nothing happened. How can you advertising 24/7 when the lobby is locked and the kiosk does not even work"
