She said she would try to get someone out to us today for our failing AC unit!! Within a few minutes, I got a call asking if someone would be home for the technician this afternoon? I couldn't believe the fast response. Then a few more minutes later, I got the call from the technician at M&R AC saying he would be here by 3:30 - and he was!! He was professional, courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running very quickly. He also gave me advice on how to improve maintenance of our AC unit.
