"PLEASE READ TO END if considering this business. My fob to start my push button car was lost and would have missed 2 days of work but boss transported me. While at work was told about lock companies might help. So I called this business. I'm happy he answered & came out reasonably quickly, and for $280 I got a fob with programming to my car. When done car wouldn't start saying car battery was dead, never an issue before now. So they use a battery pack conveniently in their truck and started my car which I let run for half hour & drove around the block. Next morning car wouldn't start again I used my charger to start. I did my errands and again later wouldn't start. I am a disabled senior woman, I called these guys to let them know possible faulty fob. He insisted was no way & must be my car battery and getting another fob would only do the same. I did buy a brand new car battery and has worked fine for pass couple weeks. Now it is not and is saying "no Key" hum, again never before with original fob! I replaced the battery in the fob with two different new batteries still nothing. I called, texted and sent email to these guys totally being ignored, and no contact back to me. So I had my nephew call on his phone they answered now saying could be the ignition itself, an the guy who came out is on vacation. I called my mechanic he said the car and fob are not communicating, fob needs to be reprogrammed. I tried to call these guys again straight to voicemail so used a different phone & they answered. When talking to him he said "yeah probably" "but I'll have the guy contact you when he comes in." I said thought he was on vacation and he says "yeah when he comes back".. I asked why someone else could not do it, lol he says "don't know how," Are you serious!!! You're a lock service and your web site says different and open 24/7 and responds usually in 15 minutes, all being false!!!! I do realize this is a long review but this treatment is totally uncalled for & unprofessional towards any customer. Now I am stranded with no vehicle & possibly could lose my job."

"Called this guy to unlock my car. He said it would cost $100. I said I’ll call around last time this happened the guy did it for $80. He said uh, we’ll if it’s not an emergency I can come in the next couple hours and do it for $80. Ok sure. 2.5 hrs later he didn’t even respond to my text asking for an ETA. I understand it would have been at a discounted rate but he did not have to take the job. I wasn’t even asking him to do it for less just giving him the reason I wasn’t going to engage his service. I think a more fair buisness would just say upfront no, we don’t do it for less than our set price. This guy wanted the money but not to actually provide the service. Not very trustworthy. If you agree to something at whatever rate you need to follow through. Idk basic stuff here folks."
