"Considering how this area used to be yrs ago! It's a large change for the better. Hopefully, people that need will not get over priced or priced out all together. Most of us know how that goes! I've been here from the mid 80's as a little 1 and seen how it was, what it became, and the changes it's going threw now. I think it's way to much for the area with only 3 ways off the coast and 1 Hospital!"
"I love it in the rockaways.Plenty of parking, truck parking also. The beach just a few steps away, but in the winter, dress not to impress. It gets colddd.Plenty of stores and quiet, depends on where you are."
"Nice and big park I don't know why it's so empty. Why people don't use it. Make sure to use mosquito repellent or you're gonna be eaten alive by them"
"Nothing to see here. Dirty, weeds all over, broken glass, garbage everywhere. Not worth the visit"
