"Called to get a quote about clearing 2 drains as they were clogged and this was a non-urgent job. These guys do not provide quotes over the phone due to not knowing the extent of the project, in which I understand to a point but they couldn't provide a ballpark number for each service performed. So I agreed to bring out a technician to look at the drains to get a quote. However, when the technician came out and viewed the drains, he looked at them for literally 15 seconds, provided me with a quote that I did not like the price of and charged me $74 for a "dispatch" fee. Ridiculous fee amount just to have the technician to stare at a drain for 15 seconds and look at you like like a deer in headlights when they mention the price of the "dispatch fee" for what I just witnessed. Felt scammed and almost in shock at the same time. I stupidly paid the fee expecting to negotiate the price of the quote and hire them to clear my drains. When attempting to negotiate the quote, the Owner was very rude and called me a very negative name and then hung up. Very unprofessional. I get the company has to make money and charge dispatching fees, however, the Owner of this company is not a pleasant person and charging "dispatch fees" to provide quotes is not a great business strategy in my opinion. I have obviously decided to do business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company unless water is gushing into your home and it's the last resort...even then they will try to price gouge you."

"Had a sewer issue over the weekend. Scheduled an appointment for early Monday morning. Phone support was timely and helpful. Our technician John was incredibly helpful and thorough. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend."

"Great service! I called with a non-urgent project (installing a whole-home water filter with diverter valves, and water heater maintenance) and got an appointment two days later. Tyler was very helpful and got the job done within a couple hours. I appreciate that he didn't leave a mess on the floor like the last plumber I hired. Pricing was reasonable and we went over that before he got started so I knew what to expect, plus the service includes a one year warranty. Definitely recommend Mr Rooter!"

"Nick and the team did the great job at a reasonable price. Had issues with the Leitchfield did a quick assessment and gave us an estimate. Came back the next day, empty the tank jet, clean the pipes and scoped out the pipe to find the actual problem area came back very next day. We replaced the box in the collapsed pipes, friendly fast service. I will definitely call them if I need their help again."

"Never will use these crooks again! They left it worse than it was before they arrived! They will steal your money! Would give them negative stars if I could! They broke a pipe and had to use random stuff I had lying around to fix it. They also cracked the concrete trying to hammer their snake bit small enough to fit into the pipe when all they had to do was take the slip fitting off and it would’ve fit just fine. They then dropped the elbow into the backed up sewage water in my sump pump basin, and made me retrieve it myself! They didn’t even diagnose the problem or tell me what was wrong, rather that the next step would be for me to pay $660 to have them “jet” it when the technician looked at me and said “honestly, it’s probably going to just come right back out at me, so it’s pointless.” They didn’t even give me a resolution of any sort! Oh and to top it all off was the fact that the lady on the phone was an absolute (insert expletive here) when I called to complain about their “handy work”. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You’ll thank me later."
