"At the Hudson down in arrivals next to the baggage claim. I was there this morning, and the food is okay, but the service was GOD AWEFUL and it was because of one person. The employee named Hema was the rudest and most awful person that I have had serve me as far as food service goes in a very long time. I ordered a bagel and asked for it toasted, of which she snappily replied FINE! I also had a medium coffee to go with this, with milk. She prepared it and slammed it on the counter in front of me. Then when my bagel was ready she threw it in a bag and flung it at me. She was the rudest person that I have ever met at JFK airport. Her name is Hema and she works at the Hudson News at the arrival section of terminal 8 at JFK airport."

"Went thru terminal 8 parking fine with the ez pass but the booth couldn’t read the ez pass coming out so we ended up paying twice smh"

"I got some long flights from this terminal. Sometimes 12 hours. There are few lounges, few food options, zero priority pass options (Bobby Vans only accept it depending on the mood or day). So, if you have an option I would try to get a flight from another terminal."
