"They showed up at my building in the middle of the pandemic (4th floor walk up) carrying all their gear because one of the tenants was too high and paranoia made her think there was a smoke condition. (False alarm) but I was able to see in their faces they were ready to face anything in order to save us. I have seen them showing up at fires and smoke conditions in the neighborhood and they show they are the real Heroes, they risk their health and their lives to protect us. They have my respect and thanks. They go above and beyond their call of duty. They help everyone regardless of their race and social status, They are an example for law enforcement agencies."
