"Extremely professional and helpful. They have a 10% military discount, climate controlled units, and even some street parking. (There's also a bay, but that's for loading and unloading.)"
"Worst storage facility in queens , they raise the price on you once you sign up any amount of time they want . They do not communicate with you . They put locks on your storage even when you pay your fees. Would never recommend this facility or prime storage . They are crooks 0 star rating extra space , cube smart , etc… are way better they cater to the consumer . Management is always rude . Costumer service needs training . terrible service"
