"Believe the reviews in customer service. I came to help a friend move things out of a unit he won in an auction from this particular stop and store, he spoke with a gentleman at the front desk and we were waiting for the owner of the unit to arrive so he could take whatever he needed before we took possession of the unit. It was myself, my daughter and her two friends who sat waiting for him to arrive then Suddenly a woman who did not address who she was, came out from behind the desk and told us to leave...we were just sitting, I was so surprised that she was so mean to us, it's freezing outside. We had to wait outside of the building in the cold until he arrived. My friend won and paid for the until but we were not allowed to sit in the waiting area for the other person to arrive. Mind you, I have never interacted with this woman before nor did my daughter and her two friends who were more than respectful. We didn't argue or answer back and just left. Who is this much of an animal to tell ppl who are doing business with you to wait out in the freezing cold???"

"Went there 1 hour before closing and two staff girls, which I apologize but can't remember their names, were very professional and was able to get a unit and load it last minute. Drive thru is super convenient. Storage is new, very clean and dry. Prices are right. Highly recommend them! Thank you."

"I stopped by a few months ago asking to see a few rooms and prices. Found a medium sized one and immediately stored items. Bebe the manager and Michael one of the assistants were very helpful, explained all my options. I asked for a bigger room recently and found one same day. Very happy with the friendly customer service, all reps are helpful and professional, they show care for detail, especially the cleanliness and great conditions of rooms and carts. it is very close to my home, the hours are great, I highly recommend them."

"Bad experience. They have a small doc for tiny truck,just ONE tiny doc. and the rest space inside they wont let you move your truck inside even though there is a lot of space there(only passenger cars) so you have to stay out on the tiny street, there only park space you can get it's by firehydrant where we got a ticket. Rude personal. Very frustrating"
