"Most of the employees here are excellent. Most of the time few customers are in this post office and they behave properly. The location is nice and tidy. These things CAN NOT BE SAID OF 11385, that post office is worse than a zoo."

"I am now convinced that this place does not now how to send mail to it's proper destination.This is about the 10 letter or bill that never made it to where I mailed it to. Do not send your mail from anywhere in the Middle Village are unless you want it to get lost or sent back to you 3 months later . I now go to a US postal service in Floral Park to send my mail out . I will be writing the Postmaster about all the issue there . But it. is the US government I will be dealing with and we all know the story there ."
