"Im reviewing solely for customer service because I only just signed the lease for the space today. Danielle was delightful to speak to. She was courteous and informative and I am grateful to have been able to meet with her. I will update my experience on the space after some time with them. As for the prices, storage is expensive. I'm paying $180.00 per month for a 5x10 space. They tell you that insurance for your space is mandatory, with the cheapest insurance of about $11.00 a month for $2000.00 in coverage. They charge about $10.00 in tax and the space is $159. Be aware of these things when yoi come in. Thankfully Danielle explained the charges and the proceds to me in an upfront manner. I appreciate that."
